Getting out of Topic
OK, the forum is getting a TON of activity now, and I appreciate ALL the people who are posting on the forum.
The only problem is is that the forum is getting well, trashed. ALL of the topics are littered with off topic posts. I have no objection to a few of topic posts, as long as they stay as on-topic as possible, and they help the discussion, but this is ridicules. every time I try to clean it up, I spend time on forum patrol instead of doing other, much needed and wanted improvements and additions, such as editing the new MortalCast episode.
I would appreciate it if you guys deleted ALL of your of-topic posts, and refrain from posting new of topic posts endless it's really needed. I will really appreciate it.
I have also been getting some requests to be a forum moderator. I will be happy to award that privilege, but I don't want to give it to someone who keeps on posting off-topic stuff and makes no effort to remove it. If you want to be a mod, you must first delete all of your of-topic posts, refrain from posting off-topic posts, and PM other people who haven't been deleting there of-topic post (politely). I will only allow people who have been doing this to become mods.
thank you
How do I edit or delete a post?
Unless you are the board admin or forum moderator you can only edit or delete
your own posts. You can edit a post (sometimes for only a limited time
after it was made) by clicking the edit button for the relevant
post. If someone has already replied to the post, you will find a small
piece of text output below the post when you return to the topic that
lists the number of times you edited it. This will only appear if no
one has replied; it also will not appear if moderators or
administrators edit the post (they should leave a message saying what
they altered and why). Please note that normal users cannot delete a
post once someone has replied.

Re: Getting out of Topic
Also, from now on, please read the first post in the topic before you post anything. Part of the reason people are getting of topic is because they don't know what the topic is about. If you guys read the first post in the topic before you post anything, you will make life easer for all of the mods and admins in the forum.

Re: Getting out of Topic
OK, I just edited the forum preferences so that the first post in any topic will show up on any page in the topic. Hopefully that will fix some problems.
