I kinda agree, but I think it will be more like the current Camp Half-Blood camps turned Egyptian style.

I can easily see the warehouse being a massive indoor training facility. Then the young pharaoh-bloods can be staying in the mansion. Khufu as the camp director?

They don't need a forge or an interior designer. They need training and help train new pharaoh bloods.

I thought the test was if they found the locker and figured out how to use it and get to Brooklyn.

Well if there is something equivalent to the Mist in PJO and some mortals can see through the mist, one of them could find the locker and use it. then Sadie could test for pharaoh blood
