yes, yes he is. In TLO(spoiler alert) Dionys's sentence was reduced to 50 years, not 100.

well, i don't know. I think in the Lost Hero, he will still be serving, because the time difference between TLO and TLH isn't that big of a gap

but in TLO, When Dionys told Percy his sentence was reduced, percy said that now he had to put up with Dionys until he was old, if he lives that long, wich he will.
