I don't think he is completely innocent because then why did he is help Kronos so much? But in a way I think he was innocent because Kronos twisted minds. But he had so many chances to get out.

well i think hermes ignored him because he knew he could corrupt his fate...he knew he wud be good and he stopped in from time to time...

I agree and he couldn't have stopped his fate from being Kronos... but in the end he was good!
