Olympics??

I'm just wondering if anyone's going to the 2010 Olympics.

Only via the boob tube. And I will be DVRing the opening ceremonies since I will be out seeing LT for the second or third time Friday evening.

Oh, I wanted to go so bad, I live like 4 blocks away from the main arena and I didn't get tickets.(well tickets in which we can actually go to.)

I got mine for free, from my grandparents who got them through the Chinese government, but we couldn't go to them(they were really nice tickets), so we auctioned them off on e-bay for 5000 a piece. But, no if you get them through government vendors, they're just expensive, but getting them through re-sale tickets could go for 10000+. So yes and no.

We are self-employed, my parents couldn't under any situation especially under the Olympics, where we are like 3 times more busy.

Yeah, it was totally awesome, and we also saw a transfer. The part I think is stupid is that the 2 people stand there for like 4 minutes, and the transfer takes like 1 millisecond.

I know, but I had some good luck.

I saw the rehearsal for the opening ceremony yesterday with a friend cause their dad got sick so they had an extra ticket. It was totally spectacular and awesome, but I wish I could tell more, but we couldn't.

I've got a few photos of the torch.(These were taken near my school so there's not as much of a crowd.)
