It is a remake of a movie from the 1960's. Greek Mythology big time .

My friend Aubi is going to pull me by my ears to the theater so that we can make comments about the actress playing Annabeth and then later watch movies like "Star Trek" and write short stories about if Captain Kirk and Spock were to ever meet Kronos what would happen.

Okay, greek myth and Star Trek fans, here's one for ya. Get hold of the original series of Star Trek season 2 and find the episode "Who Mourns for Adonais". SUMMARY Drawn by a strange force to Pollux 4, Kirk and his crew encounter Apollo, the LAST of the GREEK GODS. Although Apollo wishes to force the crew to remain with him forever, Kirk has other plans.
Personally, with this guy's ego he should have been Zeus! Sorry all children of Zeus.

It really is an enjoyable episode where Greek Myth and Star Trek collide.

11 days and counting. I'm checking out theaters now and their start times. Will do a midnight showing if I can find one. Otherwise, as soon as possible after school.

Just saw a new trailer (for me at least) showing the storms brewing and Annabeth saying the gods are angry. Some fire throwing monster in the woods, and Percy holding his arm out and a trident forming out of water. The trailers do look really good, but goodbye Rick's story.

lol i agree too. i saw this clip with Brandon T. Jackson and they showed a clip in the Lotus Casino and they were getting chased and its was really different than the book.,

yea I've seen it. Spectacular scene but where is the book's story?

could you like, attatch the scene you're talking about? I"m not sure if I've seen it or not.

I will try. Saw another one about 9 pm shows luke flying with his shoes and Percy, Annabeth, and Grover agreeing to go somewhere and then stamping their feet, blue smoke flew up and they transported to another place. trying to figure out how to get then on this site.
