Recitification, if you want to submit your current profile picture as long as you don't change it again you don't have to submit the link, however if you are submitting an old one then please submit the link otherwise I can't use it.

Profile Picture Awards by the Academy of Visual Art & Pictures

Rules: Anyone who is interested in entering please send a PM to me(riczhang) with the subject "Profile Picture Awards" Each user may submit up to 3 of their current and past profile pictures per award session. In the PM you have to include the link to a place on the web where I can find your profile Picture. Then after the submissions are in there is round one of voting, where forum members get to vote for their 3 favorite profile pictures. After round one is finished the top 5 pictures proceed to round two of voting. In round two forum members get to cote for their favorite profile picture, with the picture that gets the most number of votes getting the Award.
Time Line;
Now -July 20th/2010: Submissions
July 21st-July 31st/2010: Round one of Voting
August 1st-August 11th/2010: Round two of Voting.
August 12th/2010: Winner announced.

Miscellaneous:
If you are submitting you current profile pic, you can go into your profile page and right click your picture. A menu should pop up and you click open image in new tab. A new tab should pop up, and the link to your pic is in the address bar.

In the event of a tie, I will use Microsoft Excel to assign each of the tied images a random number(using =rand), and the pic with the highest number will proceed.
