What movie have you just seen?

The Blind Side

Just bought it and saw the movie for the first time.

To think it is a true story too. The acting was great, Sandra Bullock deserved the Oscar. Makes you want to help others too.


WHAT MOVIE HAVE YOU JUST SEEN OLD, NEW, IN THEATER OR AT HOME?

I heard it was very bad.

It only got a 13 on rottentomatoes, but The Last Airbender got an 7.
Random trivia: Percy Jackson got a 50. If it had stayed more to the plot of the book I think it would have gotten at least 75-80. =P

No one in the last airbender could act, nor did it stay anywhere close to the TV show! it deserves that rating!

I agree that if percy had stayed closer it would of gotten a better rating and done better with the critics.

Airbender's rating made me sad. The cartoon is awesome.

Yeah. In some ways Airbender is like Percy Jackson: The trailer is better than the movie.

And the trailer made you think it was going to stay closer to the source material.

Anyhow I need to get back on topic... because I think I am off it. lol.

The cats and Dogs movie actually wasn't that bad. It was funny!

Just saw Invictus on DVD. What an incredible movie! The story of Nelson Mandala, 28 years in a jail in South Africa. He was eventually freed due to an international business bouycott against S. Africa for its discrimatory practice against the native blacks. When finally given the right to vote, the majority elect Mandala president. The movie centers on the national rugby team and President Mandala's efforts to put aside racist issues and unite the country. Intensely moving movie.

yeah i heard it was really good but it's stinkin' pg-13 for language.

I just saw cats and dogs 2 today and I hated. It felt like it started and then ended. Nothing really happened and character development was non-existent.

I also re-saw the girl who played with fire today, and I loved it.

i saw the Last Airbender last night, again, it was awesome!

You know for hte English version of those movies I can really see Mia Miaswoski playing the main character role.

I wish RottenTomatoes would just give Vampires Suck a score. I want to know if it's worth watching in theaters or not.

RottenTomatoes is a movie rating website, and I don't really think you have to censor the word "suck".
