Is Zoe a demititan?

any ideas

will it is possible. cuz like her dad is atlas, so he is sorta a titan...

The principle of a demi titan like a god it that Titan + Human = Demi Titan child. As is referred to in the series Titan + Nature Spirit = another creature such as the Hespirades. Now technically Zoe's mother was a Sea Goddess and her father a Titan, so to my mind that would surely make her as powerful as a God, but you can't really ignore the history that they are not Gods.

well, that clears things up. if her titan dad "mated" with a human, then would she be a Demititan?

1 titan parent + 1 human parent = demi titan

She is like when Poseidon "mates" with nature spirits and they get something like a cyclops, maybe a bit like that but got Atlas' looks.

Well out, but the only problem is it isn't a nature spirit that Atlas mated with.

No, there is a difference between nature spirits and goddesses.

Pleione is actually a oceanic nymph not a sea goddess. Oceanic Nymphs were one of the many children of Oceanus, titan of the ocean.
