Rick has confirmed that the Prophecy Rachel made in The Last Olympian will be the prophecy in his next Camp Half Bod Series.
so what do you think about it. What are you're anelizations about it? Post 'em here:
The Prophocy:
"Seven half-bloods shall answer the call.
To storm or fire, the world must fall.
An oath to keep with final breath.
And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death"

But storm could also mean Typhon and fire could mean Echidna.

But storm could also mean Typhon and fire could mean Echidna.

As i recall, Typhon got sent to Tartarus, and Echidna is a Reptile monster.

I'm just saying there always is the possibility, it's RIck's series so I suppose if he wanted to do something he would make a very logical and good explanation.

Just my personal opinion, I think that we may be taking the last line of the prophecy the wrong way.

It says "Doors of Death". Not "Realm of Death". I take "doors" to mean entrance. What is the entrance to the Underworld? Los Angeles.

And here I branch off into base-less speculation, but what enemy of America lies just off the coast of Los Angeles. Russia. I think an invasion would be a terrific setting for The Lost Hero. Two parallel worlds fighting on the same front.

What do you mean about two parallel worlds fighting on the same front?

Both the Gods and America fighting a common enemy.

yea, but maybe the prophecy is something that we understand, and know what its saying, but still have this huge *something* to do fulfill the prophecy. you know what i mean? it's hard to explain

I think storm is Uranus. I don't think fire is Hades, it should be Hephaestus........ didn't rick say something about the children of Hephaestus?

Correct, I think somewhere he mentions that a child of Hephaestus is probably one of the seven.
