The Next Series: Prophecy Analyzation!

First topic message reminder :

Rick has confirmed that the Prophecy Rachel made in The Last Olympian will be the prophecy in his next Camp Half Bod Series.
so what do you think about it. What are you're anelizations about it? Post 'em here:
The Prophocy:
"Seven half-bloods shall answer the call.
To storm or fire, the world must fall.
An oath to keep with final breath.
And foes bear arms to the Doors of Death"

I think luke has it pretty well sumed up on page one.

i think "foes bear arms at Doors of Death" means evil and evil team up to go to the Underworld

I think a bit different, I think it is something like Alpha, Omega. Good and Evil will work together than the usual Good vs. Evil.

I have no answers for the new prophecy except to say it will take a least 3 - 5 books before we get alll the answers.

true- very, very true. Something that rick riordan does is kind of like takes his time through the five books to explain the prophecy. It is really kewl to me. He also explains it well.

yeah he does do a really good job of that. I mean, even in the sea of monsters when they dont hear the prophecy until the end, you could see it would have made absolutelt no sense in the beginning had clarrisse told us earlier...

That's the cool thing, until the first book comes out the whole prophecy is complete speculation unlike some other books based on prophecies that are self-explanatory.

Just read on Rick's sight that he is hoping that the first book new Demigod/Olympian series will be published this fall. Have you read that first chapter of the Kane Chronicles?

okay.. . . .. so about the prophecy, i think that ricks ganna have like percy and annabeth in it OR it would be so kool if their CHILDREN r the people

I think that it's time to change gods to the minor gods. So I think that because it's always been the elder gods it's time for change.

I'm pretty sure thats what he'll do it seems.

Anything is possible, but I don't think he'll take the story that many years into the future. I believe we will find them of college age if not in college. You know Annabeth will want to get an architecture or engineering degree. One of best schools is in NYC - The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Yes I agree but I kinda wish Annabeth, Grover, and Percy would accompany the new heroes because that would add a spin because they already know how to deal with things.

I believe Luke will be right having them teaching new heroes. And Daughter of Athena I don't know if they will go out with the younger heroes on the quest, because it will be too easy for them to just take over and call the shots and do the fighting. But I can see them having to go out to help save a quest or a hero. Tink it could happen, but for Posidon to break the agreement several times would be exceptionally surprising. After all, he would have to deal with Zeus and Hades even worse than he did for Percy.

I don't think Poseidon will do that!

Now that the doomsday prophecy is fulfilled. The Big 3 will probably no longer keep their "no more kids" pact. After all 2 of the 3 have already broken it. So there could be little siblings up and coming to camp in 10 years or so. Depending on how Rick draws out the time lapses between books I mean in Olympian years not writing years. We could see an interesting future Camp Half-Blood.

That would be awesome! If a child of Zeus got mad they could shoot lightning , though Chiron will probably have rules about that...

I just got an Idea.

The doors of the death could be they are immortal.
To Storm or Fire the world will fall
Zeus (storm), Ares or Hestia (Fire)??
I think they should use Uranos Father of Kronos.

i thiink like the world would end in fire or water or something, maybe the gods just have another big war
